In a saucepan, boil the water.

Wash the rice and set aside.

To the boiling water, add the salt and margarine. Start cooking the rice.

When almost ready, mix the food colour with some water. Randomly sprinkle, cover and allow to cook fully. Fluff the rice so that the grains are evenly distributed. Serve hot with stew of choice and enjoy 😋.
