Ingredients

  1. 5Boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 1 cupSoaked Poha
  3. 1carrot grated
  4. 4French bean chopped
  5. 1/2Beet root grated
  6. 2Green Chillies chopped
  7. SomeChopped Green coriander chopped
  8. SomeRed Chilli flakes
  9. 1 spoonLemon juice
  10. 1 spoon eachChat masala, garam masala and kashmiri mirch
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 spoonGinger garlic paste
  13. 1 cupSev bhujia
  14. 4 spoonsMaida
  15. 2 spoonsArraroot
  16. As requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take grated boiled potatoes in a bowl and add all ingredients in it. Knead it well.

  2. 2

    Now make dough, roll them and give shape of finger as shown in photo.

    Now take maida in a bowl and add arraroot, red chilli powder & salt. Add water and make ghol by adding water.

  4. 4

    Dip potatoes finger in maida ghol and then coat them with sev bhujia.

    Now keep sev bhujia coated fingers in fridge for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes, heat oil in a pan and deep fry fingers on low flame. Crunchy Potato Fingers are ready to serve with Green Chutney.
