Steps

Take grated boiled potatoes in a bowl and add all ingredients in it. Knead it well.

Now make dough, roll them and give shape of finger as shown in photo.

Now take maida in a bowl and add arraroot, red chilli powder & salt. Add water and make ghol by adding water.

Dip potatoes finger in maida ghol and then coat them with sev bhujia.

Now keep sev bhujia coated fingers in fridge for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, heat oil in a pan and deep fry fingers on low flame. Crunchy Potato Fingers are ready to serve with Green Chutney.
