I usually feel hungry because I take my dinner by 8 p.m. and sleep late at night. So there is always some prepared food stuff to satisfy Midnight craving.

I usually feel hungry because I take my dinner by 8 p.m. and sleep late at night. So there is always some prepared food stuff to satisfy Midnight craving.

Mix all the ingredients of Paneer marination nicely and keep covered for 30 mins.

Take a nonstick pan. Heat oil. Shallow fry the marinated paneer cubes from all the 4 sides till golden brown in low medium flame.

Remove paneer from the pan. To the same oil add chopped garlic and green chilli.Fry for 1 min.

Add chopped onion and capsicum. Again fry for 1 min.

Add all sauces, masalas, paneer and salt.
Mix nicely and cook for 1 min to keep the crunchiness intact.

P.S : Make sure to check salt added as we have used to marinade paneer also. Soy sauce also has salt.
