Lightly butter the bread slices.

Toast it and cut it into two halves.

Combine the super finely chopped veggies, eggs, milk, salt and spices in a bowl.

Dip the bread slices in it.

Heat a lightly buttered tawa and put the bread slices dipped in the egg mixture and cook it for a couple of minutes on medium-low heat.
Flip it and cook it for another couple of minutes or until done.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.
