  1. Yam
  2. Plantain
  3. Salt
  4. Vegetable oil
  5. Onion
  6. Fresh pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the yam and plantain

  2. 2

    Rinse and drain water from it.

  3. 3

    Heat up the vegetable oil and fry the yam and plantain.

  4. 4

    Blend the fresh pepper roughly,slice onion fry both in vegetable oil add salt to taste.
