Steps

Mix flour, salt, sugar in a pan, add butter and rub butter in flour mixture without melting butter....

Add cold water and mix gently until feel kike bread crumbs, knead into dough, and place im refrigerator for 10-15 minutes

Make a small bowl from dough, make small roti and place it inside the tart shells and gently press
- 4
Bake the tarts on 180 degree for 20 minutes until slight golden browney
- 5
Let them remove, cool down, remove from tart moulds. Add a layer of fresh cream, and place mango slices in shape of rose
