Steps

Remove sides of each bread slice and cut in sections

Chop in chopper until fine crumbs

Add 2 tablespoon milk powder, fresh cream and mix.

Add milk gradually and knead until dough is formed. make small round balls and set aside
- 5
For sugar syrup, add 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and few cardamoms, boil for 4-5 minutes until thick and remove from heat

Heat oil in a pan and add balls one by one,fry on slow to medium heat until golden brown and stir constantly

Remove balls from oil and add into sugar syrup. Let thw balls remain in sugar syrup for 4-5 hours

Garnish with cardamom and serve
