  2. Eggs
  3. Spices
  4. Pepper nd onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Break your egg in a bowl whisk it add your pepper and spices

  2. 2

    Put oil on fire when is a bit hot deep the boiled sliced yam into the egg then in the hot oil

  3. 3

    Strain when its golden brown and serve with tea or pap
