Steps

Take all purpose flour and seive it.
Add chopped fenugreek leaves,cumin power,salt,turmeric,oil and carom seeds and mix it well.
Now start kneading it by adding water to it and make a stiff dough. - 2
Now divide it in to the small balls of roll it in roti shape.
Then after cut it in to rectangle strip shapes.
Heat all in a kadhai and fry all sticks on medium flame until it becomes golden brown in colour. - 3
Drop it on tissue paper and let it totally cool down.
Now fill it in a air tight jar and this crispy and crunchy methi sticks with tea or coffee.
