Steps

In a bowl, add Rava or suji, curd, salt & combine well.

Allow to rest for 20 min.

Now all water as required to prepare idli better consistency.

Just before steaming the idlies, add eno fruit salt & give a gentle mix.

Pour the better immediately into greased idli plate.
- 6
Steam them on medium flame for 15 min.
- 7
Finley serve soft suji idli with chutney & sambar.
