Late night when hunger strikes, I always prefer something to drink, like chilled rose milk .Some time,s I add to it ice cream , Oreo biscuits, fruits, whatever I have on hand at that time.
It is my favorite...try it and relish .

Soak 4-5 pieces Goond katira in 3/4 cup water for 4 hrs or over night.It will swell and will become jelly like. It can be stored for 3-4 days in fridge.

In a glass add chopped mangoes layer it with ice cream,rose syrup, again put chopped mangoes, little milk, Goond katira, rose syrup. which ever way you want you can layer it.

Tip...Goond katira is cool and is to be had in less quantity.
