I had some roasted meat that I wanted to eat differently and thought, why not with pilau?
Steps

On medium heat, add cooking oil and cut onions in your cooking pot and let it brown

Add the pieces of Roasted meat and cook for 10mins.

Add grated ginger and cloves and a pinch of salt. Cover to cook and stir once in a while to avoid it burning at the bottom.

Add pilau masala while stirring and cook for 5mins.

Add clean and washed rice and stir all the ingredients together until they have mixed well.

Add 1 cup of water and stir. Cover but keep checking so that it doesn't burn at the bottom.

When the water is about to finish, add one more cup and stir gently. At this point the rice will have turned brown.

Check if the rice is cooked. If so set aside for it to simmer by itself.

Serve.
