Ingredients

30 minutes
5 servings
  • 450 gmsgrated Paneer/Cottage Cheese
  • 1Green Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1small grated carrot
  • 1/4 cupboiled sweet corn
  • 1/4 cupgreen peas
  • 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander
  • 1green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tbspginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbspcumin powder
  • 1/2-1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbspcrushed black pepper
  • 1/2 tbspgaram masala powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tbspAjwain seeds/carom seeds (optional)
  • 3 tbsptomato sauce
  • 20large brown/white bread slices
  • as requiredButter
  • as requiredMango chutney/green chutney

Steps

    In a large bowl add paneer, capsicum, carrot, corn, peas, coriander, chilli, ginger-garlic paste and all the spices. Mix them very well. Stuffing is ready.

  2. 2

    Now take a bread slice and separate the sides. Roll the bread so that it will be thin.

  3. 3

    Add some mango/green chutney and spread to all over the bread. Now take some stuff in your palm and make a cylindrical shaped ball and place it on the chutney. Now roll the bread very well so that it will not be broken and form a good roll shape. Complete all the bread in a same manner.

  4. 4

    Heat a non stick pan and place 2-3 rolls at a time. Brush butter on the top of the roll. Flip them over and brush butter on the other side. Fry until golden brown. Serve them hot with chutney or without chutney.
