In your pan add in your oil, ginger, garlic and onions shallow fry

And in you tomatoes paste and your papper, seasoning and minced meat, lower the heat and cover to simmer

When it simmer add your carrot, green paper, Irish etc

Put your seasoning and allow to simmer again
- 5
Serve with cous cous, spaghetti or rice or anything of your choices.
