Green Gram and Yellow Lentils with Spring Onion Pakoras

#midnight
Green Gram or Whole Moong or Sabut Moong, plus Yellow Moong Daal along with Spring Onion Greens and the stalk in whole make for healthy, deliciously crunchy and an anytime snack to munch on. These are light on stomach and makes a filling option when sudden hunger pangs strikes one at midnight hours.
Basically the well soaked and grinded daal should be in the refrigerator sealed in an airtight container to munch them on at midnight. I always have some batter or the other consisting of various legumes and lentils handy for late night munching especially in the Summer vacations.
Feed your loved ones with something healthy and homemade always as nothing beats the taste and crunch of it ever.
