For making baisan baray;
Mix baisan one cup with little salt n meetha soda. - 2
Seive baisan for good smooth texture.

Make baray in frying pan.

Soaked in water for ten minutes. Squeeze water gently from baray. Keep aside.

Remove seeds. Add sugar, salt,red chillies and dried ginger pinch and cook till desired consistency.

Soak chick peas over night.

Cook till tender. Add little meetha soda.

Take small size chick peas. When cooked add imli pulp, chat masalah, potatoes, and mix well.

Assembling ;;
Take platter and place baray, pour yogurt then add chick peas again yogurt,imli chutney,onions and papri. - 10
For papri ;; making papri is so simple. You can fry roll or samosa patti or follow below recipe.

Mix one cup maida, salt and one tb ghee and knead like roti atta.

Keep covered for an hour.

Roll it. Use cookie cutter or make small rotis with hand and deep fry golden brown. Enjoyyyy

For imly chutney;;
Soaked imli in warm water for an hour.

Yogurt ;;
Add little salt n sugar. Add little fresh balai to make yougurt thick in texture.
