Butter making from cream / Dahi ki Malai se ghee

Take a utensil and put the malai in it and whisk it with the help of the spoon only for 1 minute.

After 1 minute add 1/2 cup of water and whisk it again and after one minute add half cup of water and mix it well and whisk it for 2-3 minutes. When the malai and buttermilk gets separated then take out the butter.

Take another utensil and put the butter in it and cook it on low heat. When the butter is prepared then strain it with the help of a strainer.
