Get a large potatoe and diced perpendicular like 1 potatoe should be divided into 6-7 part though its depends on it size wat am saying its should be a thin layer

Spread some salt and fry them,set aside

Boiled the beef ith seasoning ginger n garlic paste until tender then remove and add some oil to a pan add the tendered beef add the soy sauce and galic seasoning chilli powder stir fry

Stick each meat to the fried potatoe with toothpicks and serve
