Ready the ingredients, chopped onion, grate paneer,grate boiled potatoes, mix all in a bowl and add spices,masala salt.

Coriander powder, salt,turmeric powder, dry mango powder and mix well.

Add green chutney and make a dough.

Make rolls of dough and take breads.

Cut the edges of bread,flatten it.

Spread the butter and green chutney.

Put the roll and roll over..now rolls are ready.

Heat the oil and fry them in medium flame.

Fry till it becomes golden and serve with sauce and sechzwan chutney.
