Soak 1 kg basmati rice in water for one hour

In a pin heat oil 6 tablespoon

To this oil add sliced onions 4 medium size and fry till golden brown

Add garlic and ginger paste and 2 tablespoon and saute till raw smell disappears

Add 1/2 kg chicken and 1 tablespoon salt saute for 2 minute

Add red chilli powder 1 teaspoon biryani masala 1 tablespoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon and mix and saute for 1 minute

Add dicde tomato meduim sized and cook till it turn smoot

When masala leave oil and chicken is cooked then turn off heat and boil rice

Drain water after rice is cooked

In another pain add 1 teaspoon clarified butter and layer of rice then place another layer of chicken in the same way add layers and garnish few minutes and coriander leaves and also add yellow food colour mixed milk at least pour 2 tablespoon of clarified butter

Now place and old tawa on stove and on it place biryani vessel and heat for 5 minutes under high flame then reduce flame and cook for 20 minutes is called dum

After dum biryani ready for eat
