Cut pumpkin into 1"cubes shape.

Hot oil in a work put chilli chopped fenugreek seeds and pumpkin add salt.mix well and cook on slow flame untill it soften completly.

Add salt coriander powder and jaggry.mix.let it cook untill jaggry melts.now add chilli powder mango powder.here it's ready to serve with fulka or puri.
