Oats chilla
Steps

Take a bowl and add the dry ingredients oats flour, wheat flour, salt, chilli powder, black pepper first. Mix them well and add water to make a smoothe mixture. Make sure there are no lumps in it.

Then add the veggies in it. Add water till you get right consistency required to make a chilla.

Heat a tawa and put a spoon of oil on it. Spread chilla batter on it in round form. Cook it evenly from both sides for few minutes or until golden brown. Serve it with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
