Today I found fresh peas at the market and decided to make a soup with shrimp—it turned out delicious! I crushed some walnuts to sprinkle on top, remembering that you should only eat a small amount of walnuts per day. This was for a quick meal challenge.

Today I found fresh peas at the market and decided to make a soup with shrimp—it turned out delicious! I crushed some walnuts to sprinkle on top, remembering that you should only eat a small amount of walnuts per day. This was for a quick meal challenge.

Prepare the ingredients. In a pot, sauté the onion with butter. When the onion is translucent, add the bouillon, check the salt, then add the potatoes, peas, and shrimp. Cover with water.

Cover the pot and cook for about 5 minutes, until everything is well cooked. Then blend the mixture and chop the walnuts.

Serve hot, garnished with the walnuts on top. Enjoy!
