Ingredients

  • 1 litremilk, full cream
  • 1/4 cupPaan leaves puree
  • 2 tbspPaan massala
  • 1/2 tinCondensed Milk
  • 2 tbspalmonds chopped
  • 2 tbspcashew chopped
  • 2 tbsppistachios, chopped
  • 8-10fried golgappas
  • 2 tbspChocolate sauce
  • (Slightly Coat the golgappas)

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, in a large thick pan boil milk.

  2. 2

    Boil the milk on low flame for 30 minutes or till milk reduces.

  3. 3

    Keep stirring in between to avoid sticking.

  4. 4

    Add Paan leaves pure and mix, stir well.

  5. 5

    Now add condened milk, 2 tbsp chopped cashew, almonds and pistachios.stir well.

  6. 6

    Now add paan masala and mix well.

  7. 7

    Boil for another 5 minutes.

  8. 8

    Finally,Paan basundi is ready.Serve chilled in Golgappas(chocolate coated)and garnished with few dry fruits and paan masala.
