Ingredients

  • 400 gSalmon fillet skinned
  • 225 gpasta such as pen a or twists or small shells
  • 175 gcherry tomatoes halved
  • hundred and 50 mL low-fat crème fraîche
  • 3 tablespoonschopped parsley
  • finely grated rind of half an orange
  • to tastesalt and pepper

    Cut the salmon into bite-size pieces, arrange on a heatproof plate and cover with foil

  2. 2

    Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add the pasta then returned to the boil. Place the plate of salmon on top and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes into the pasta Salmon cooked

  3. 3

    Drain the pasta and toss with the tomatoes and salmon mix together the crème fraîche, parsley, orange rind and the salt and pepper to taste, then toss into the salmon and pastor then serve hot or cold
