Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1/2 cupmasoor dal
  3. 1/2 cupTomato puree
  4. 1 tspginger green chilli paste
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. Pinchhing
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 2 spoonsoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a cooker add hing jeera when crackle add tomato puree,ginger chilli paste and saute till leave the oil.

    Now add spices and saute for a minute

  3. 3

    Add soaked rice,dal and water cover the lid and take 2 whistles.

  4. 4

    Remove the lid add garam masala and serve hot.
