  1. Potatoes cubed
  2. Carrot cubed
  3. Green Beans
  4. Onion diced
  5. Green pepper cubed
  6. Red pepper cubed
  7. Oil
  8. Salt
  9. cubeSeasoning
  10. Mint powder
  11. Garam masala powder
  12. Tomato and red pepper puree

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, saute onion,red and green bell pepper

  2. 2

    Cook well add the remaining vegetables and cook on medium.

  3. 3

    Season to taste, add tomato puree and water.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook till potatoes is tender.
