650 gdiced watermelon (around half a medium sized melon)
50 ggranulated sugar or equivalent sweetener
500 mlcold water
ice cubes and frozen melon cubes to serve

Put the melon, sugar and water in a blender

Strain through a fine mesh sieve and discard the pulp

Serve over ice and frozen melon cubes
