Ingredients

1& 1/2 cup shredded chicken
2potato
2 tbspmaida / all purpose flour
2 tbspmilk
1 tbspbutter
1/2 cupcapsicum (chopped)
1/2 cupcarrot (chopped)
to tasteSalt
2 tspblack pepper powder
2 tspwhite pepper powder
1 tspsoya sauce
as neededVermicelli
1egg whisked
as neededcheese spread

Steps

Heat 1 tsp oil and put capsicum and carrot + salt + black pepper powder and saute for 4 to 5 mins and remove from gas.

Melt butter in a pan add maida saute for 1 mins then add milk mix (it becomes thick) keep aside.

Take sauted veggies in a bowl put thick maida paste + chicken + mashed potato mix it well.

Then add soya sauce + white pepper powder and mix it well.

Take mixture flat on plams put cheese spread in middle and make balls similarly make all the balls.

Dip the ball in whisked egg and then coat in vermicelli.

Heat oil and fry till golden brown.
