Wash your omena with hot water and rinse twice after removing dirt

Drain all the water and put it back on the pan to dry

Add some oil to a clean pan and fry the omena till golden brown.

In a separate pan add some oil, then onions, tomatoes (cut into small cubes) and then tomato paste and let them cook. Add the cut bell pepper and fish masala.

Finally add your fried omena and mix. Cover and cook on low heat. Add your dhania and salt to taste.

Remove from heat and serve with hot ugali.
