Ingredients

  1. 500 gmridge gourd
  2. as per tastesalt
  3. as per tastered chilli
  4. 1 tspturmeric
  5. 2 tbspcoriander
  6. 1 tspcumin
  7. 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel ridge gourd and chooped

  2. 2

    Heat oil,add cumin,add chopped gourd and mix well

  3. 3

    Add all spices and mix again,cook on low flame

  4. 4

    It become tender so early,now mix lemon juice and serve with chapati
