Chicken and vegetables cut not big.

Fry the chicken in sun oil in about 2-3 minutes on each side until an appetizer crust is formed and reduce the fire.. stewing for 10 minutes and add sliced onions. stewing for 10-15 minutes and add water about 2/3 cup.

In another pan we fry potatoes and carrot for an appetizer crust abour 10 minutes.

Mixes vegetables and chicken.

Dilute the curry with water and add 1 spon of flour. Stir, so there are no lumps.

Put solt, pepper and carry with flour.

Mix and after 2-3 minutes our ragout is ready

Good with boiled rice.
