Steps

First make a dough,mix flour,salt and oil

Now add water and knead a stiff dough,keep aside for 10 minutes

Now roll dough in a thick layer,cut in squares and deep fry in low flame untill brown and crisp

Another side make chashni,add sugar and water,water should be just 1/4 of sugar,cook on low flame untill it start to become bit hard

Check in a glass of water,if drop of chashni become hard in water,it's ready
- 6
Now off the flame and put all khurma in it mix well and place in a thali,seprate form each other and serve.
