Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1/2 kgtoast
  • 1/2 kgsugar
  • as neededGhee
  • 3/4 ballsmawa
  • 8-10almond (badam) finally chopped
  • 8-10cashew nuts (kaju) finally chopped
  • as neededTuti fruti (for garnish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan put the ghee in a pan heat it then deep fry the toast on a low flame till it get brown

  2. 2

    For sugar syrup.. Take a bowl add sugar & one cup of water.. Then boil the syrup till it get little bit sticky.. Sugar syrup is ready

  3. 3

    In sugar syrup add deep fried brown toast in the syrup 2 to 3 hours..

  4. 4

    Add finally chopped badam & kaju mix it lightly

  5. 5

    To garnish add tuti fruti, mawa balls & some finally chopped badam kaju..

  6. 6

    Ready to serve tasty 😋 shahi tukda (double ka Mettha)
