Ingredients

  • 4brinjal
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut brinjal into round shape.dip in salted water for 10 minute.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a wok add brinjal and deep fry till golden brown in colour.

  3. 3

    Put fried brinjal in a mixing bowl add dry mango,coriander powder,red chilli powder and chaat masala mix it well.

  4. 4

    Now ready our fried masala baingan.
