Crispy Delimondo Canned Corned Beef con Tofu - delata Corned Beef at Tokwa

I love Delimondo. I think when you've had it, you won't settle for any other canned Corned Beef brand (in Manila, that is). ;)
And when I don't want carbs (bread, rice, potatoes), I add tofu.

Steps

Heat oil in pan. Put in tofu cubes. Fry tofu til a little crisp on the outside.

Add sliced onions, wait until a little translucent then add in corned beef. Mix well.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- 4
Fry tofu and corner beef until crisp or according to your liking.
- 5
Plate and serve.
