The Perfect Microwaved Soft Poached egg

Raeanne Bedard
Raeanne Bedard @cook_5525679

My mother is an ovo-lacto vegetarian and we live in a very small apartment with a tiny kitchenette with a two burner hotplate, a toaster oven, and a microwave. As my mom loves poached eggs for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sometimes dessert, I had to figure out a way to poach eggs quickly without using the burner. After a LOT of trial and error ( and many sacrifices of unborn chickens to the toilet gods, I finally perfected a method for a foolproof recipe. ENJOY!
