Ingredients

  • 1 bowlrice
  • 2onion
  • 1potato
  • 1tomato
  • 2 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 bowlwater
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1lemon
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • to tastered chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak rice

  2. 2

    Now heat oil add mustard,saute onion,potato and tomato

  3. 3

    Add spices and mix well

  4. 4

    Add rice and 2 bowl water,when it starts boil,cove r the lid,take a whistle

  5. 5

    Cool it sprinkle lemon juice and leave it,do not stir,serve after 5 minutes
