Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • to tastesugar
  • 1 tspcardamom
  • as neededghee for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sugar and flour,add water and make a batter,add 2 tbsp ghee and cardamom powder and mix well in dropping consistency

  2. 2

    Now heat ghee in a pan.Make desired size gulgule,by drooping batter in ghee,cook till brown from bith sides
