Ingredients

  1. Ingredients for Moong dal chutney
  2. 1 tbspJaggery
  3. 100 gmMoong dal
  4. 2 tbspa paste of green chilli, garlic flakes, ginger
  5. 1 tbspsalt
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 1 tbspmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the Moong dal clean soak it for 2 hours before making it.

  2. 2

    Pour oil to pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and wait to splutter it.

  3. 3

    Pour soaked dal to it, add a paste of green chilli, coriander, garlic, red chilli powder, salt, Jaggery, etc

  4. 4

    Add 1/2 bowl water to it. Keep it to cook for 5 minutes and serve it with Roti and chapati.
