  • Lemon zest
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 2eggs beaten

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat your eggs, add lemon zest, lemon juice, and water till well combined

    Dip your bread slice

    In a hot pan,add a little oil and place the bread

    Let it cook on both sides.. Remove from pan

  5. 5

    Make scrambled egg with remaining egg..serve
