Take wheat flour and add salt.

Now knead dough by adding little little quantity of water.

Dough should be slightly soft.

Now keep aside for 15 minutes.

Now take small ball and roll it using rolling pin.

Heat tawa.

Put rolled roti over tawa and when one side is cooked then flip it.

Cook from another side.

Now directly cook on gas flame from both sides. Fulka will puffs.

Apply ghee on one side of fulka

Serve it with any vegetable,dal, kadi.
