Ingredients

  1. Boneless beef cubes 250 gm
  2. 4 tbspTandoori masala
  3. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  4. 2 tbspVinegar
  5. Potatoes 4 (rectangle shape)
  6. Roll patties as required

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add beef cubes tandori masala g.g paste vinegar and some water and cook well and shreaded

  2. 2

    Fry the potatoes.

  3. 3

    Now in a bowl add beef mux and fries and mix well.the mixture is ready

    Take roll patti and add 1 tbsp of mixture and roll it out and deep fry
