Ingredients

  • 250 gmBeef mince
  • 250 gmChicken mince
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspChinese salt
  • 1 tbspSoya sauce
  • 1 tbspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 2Green chillies chopped
  • 1Capsicum medium size chopped
  • Bread slice 2(soak in milk)
  • 1 cupMozeralla cheese
  • 1Egg
  • For coating
  • Meda
  • Egg
  • Bread crumbs

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil both the mince seperately with little g.g paste salt blk.pepper and soya sauce.and cool down

  2. 2

    Then add all the veggies chinese salt bread egg cheese and mix well.

  3. 3

    Take a small portion of the mixture roll first in meda then egg then crumbs and give shape of kabab and shallow fry
