250 gmBeef mince
250 gmChicken mince
to tasteSalt
1 tspChinese salt
1 tbspSoya sauce
1 tbspBlack pepper
1 tbspGinger garlic paste
2Green chillies chopped
1Capsicum medium size chopped
Bread slice 2(soak in milk)
1 cupMozeralla cheese
1Egg
For coating
Meda
Egg
Bread crumbs

Steps

Boil both the mince seperately with little g.g paste salt blk.pepper and soya sauce.and cool down

Then add all the veggies chinese salt bread egg cheese and mix well.

Take a small portion of the mixture roll first in meda then egg then crumbs and give shape of kabab and shallow fry
