1 tspvegetable oil
1egg
Salt and pepper

Place your bread slice on a chopping board
2

Cut a circular hole through the slice of bread
3

Heat oil in a pan and place the shaped slice of bread
4

Break the egg into the hole, season and let cook
5

Flip and allow the other side to cook too
6

Remove from the pan and serve
