To have a very soft and velvety scramble egg, cook in low heat. Melt butter over medium low heat. Do not over heat the butter or else it will turn brown. Whisk eggs, add pinch of salt and pour into the pan. Keep your heat at the lowest. Let it set a little before using spatula to push and fold the eggs around to form soft curd. Splash some cream just before you remove it from the pan. Do not overcook. Unless if you like your scramble eggs a bit dry.

Whisk and mix B until well combined. You can add other herbs and some chillie flakes too. Drizzle over your cubed avacado. Toast your bread. Top with soft scramble eggs and avacado. Serve.
