Steps

Sift the dry ingredients

Beat eggs, lemon oil essence and sugar till fluffy.

Add half the oil and beat. Add the remaining oil and beat more

Add the drops of green colour... Careful not to over do it(the colour)
- 5
Fold in half the flour... Add alittle sour milk. Fold in the remaining flour and alittle more sour milk if the batter is not smooth.

When its well incorporated... Pour in your lined baking tin and bake under 140 degrees for an 1hr 30mins or until well baked. I baked in two 6 inch tins

Let it cool and enjoy
