Ingredients

  • 1pkt thin vermicelli
  • 1 tinsweet condensed milk
  • Hung curd
  • to tasteIcing sugar
  • Few strands saffron
  • 1/2tspn cardamon pwdr

Steps

  1. 1

    Lightly heat condensed milk then add the dried vermicelli, mix properly and set in muffin tin and let it set in fridge

  2. 2

    Mix the hung curd with icing sugar, saffron strands and cardamon powder and let it set in fridge for half an hour. Remove the vermicelli shells from the muffin tin and pour in the curd mixture garnish with crushed almonds and pistachios.
