Crispy Dried Parsley

Found this trick quite some time ago but never had the occasion to give it a try. Makes an interesting garnish. In the past, I've deep fried herbs as garnishes at work, but not worth the mess at home. This is a quicker and healthier way to get a similar effect without the cleanup.

Steps
- 1
Pick and clean parsley. If you wash it, make sure it's very dry before you get to the next step.
- 2
Lay out a couple of paper towels on a microwave-safe plate. Scatter the parsley leaves on the paper towels. Place another couple of paper towels over the top. Kinda like if you were going to make the world's worst sandwich (parsley on paper).
- 3
Microwave on high for 60 seconds. Smells pretty good. Check it out. If it's not crispy yet, do another 30 seconds, and so on until you're satisfied.
