Love working with filo pastry this batch makes exactly 14 triangles
Cooking Instructions

Brown beef and onion, drain any fat
- 2
Add spices passata and herbs mix well
- 3
Defrost filo pastry as instructed
- 4
Cook beef mixture for 15 mintues to thicken sauce careful not to burn it, check seasoning then allow to cool totally
- 5
Slice pastry in half to create 14 strips add heap tbsp of beef mixture to the lower corner and fold to over to the opposite corner
- 6
Fold the bottom right corner to the upper left corner
- 7
Fold the bottom left corner over to the to the top right corner completing the fold
- 8
Continue until u reach the end coat pastry with melted butter close over and brush top with butter place on a baking sheet put in 180C/350F for 10 miuntes or until browned and crispy
